West Indian Skincare™ was founded in Trinidad & Tobago, in a town known as Tacarigua, it's a town in the East-West corridor of Trinidad. Tacarigua was originally a Spanish encomienda nestled in the pristine foothills of the Northern Range, which is the home of the famous Caura River and Tacarigua Forest Reserve. The forest reserve was set aside for preservation or controlled use, it's 4.3km in size and Caura river is both a part of our culture as it is recreational.
Tacarigua is a lovely, quiet, town nestled at the foothills of the northern range, and surrounded by lush tropical greenery. It is located 10 minutes from the airport, 7 minutes from Trincity mall (the largest shopping mall in the Caribbean) and 30-40 minutes from Port-of Spain, the capital city. Tacarigua's landscape and surroundings are pristine and diverse, this is the reason for West Indian Skincare's environmental initiative plan, we’re trying to do our part to conserve, protect and enhance this paradise.
One of our main goals at West Indian Skincare™ is to serve as a catalyst to help make Trinidad and Tobago the ideal place to be for locals and foreigners alike, as we firmly believe we are a jewel in the sun. And it surely hasn't gone UN-noticed as we have been voted World's Best Tourist Destination for 2012 and also been declared the Favourite Cultural Destination for 2012.

Everyday, fragrant batches of soaps are poured into molds while other soaps are being unmolded, body lotions are made, liquid soaps are bottled and more...
